Italy has always been the hub of art and culture since the Renaissance and this very aspect of Italy can be seen even today in every nook and corner of the country. The works of Dante, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michaelangelo have always made Italy and its culture standtall in the world.

Florence: The birthplace of the Renaissance has many hidden gems

The Vasari Corridor:

This secret corridor 1.2km long in Florence is not known to many in the country. Built in the 16th century, for the Medici family, this covered corridor across the Arno river was designed by Giorgio Vasari.

Giardino delle rose:

While making your way to Piazzale Michelangelo, stop by this beautiful rose garden built by Giuseppe Poggi in the 19th century. You will love the spectacular view of the city the garden offers.

Venice: This City of Canals is situated across a group of 118 small islands!

San Francesco del Deserto:

It is an island in the Venetian Lagoon in Véneto, Italy. Located between Sant’Erasmo and Burano this island has an idyllic monastery surrounded by over 4000 cypress trees which makes it an ideal place for a long stroll in the company of nature and history.

Libreria Acqua Alta:.

The name of this bookstore means “BookStore of High Water.” It has a distinctive way of storing its countless books. Due to the flood in Venice the books in this stores are placed inside bathtubs, waterproof bins, and in one room a full-size gondola.
